Return Window

Most products can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All included items (manuals, cables, accessories) must be intact.
  • Opened or used items may incur a 10–20% restocking fee, unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Software, digital downloads, or tampered packaging
  • Items labeled “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Defective or Damaged on Arrival

Must be reported within 48 hours for free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Products are backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the purchase date.

What We Will Do
  • Repair at no charge
  • Replace with a new or refurbished unit
  • Partial or full refund, at our discretion
What’s Not Covered
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Water or fire damage
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)
  • Non-original parts or accessories
  • Commercial or resale use
Warranty Claim Process

Email customer@esecurenetworks.com with:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)
Important Notes
  • Return shipping may be covered by the customer
  • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser
  • Warranty support is only available in the country of original purchase unless otherwise stated
